Thank you for your interest in transferring to the Leading Teacher Program in the School of Education beginning in Fall 2009. We ask that you also submit the appropriate on-line application that is located below. The on-line application is due no later than February 1, 2009.

The number of transfers allowed to enter into the School of Education is dependent on the number of students already enrolled in each certification area in the Leading Teacher Program. That number will be accurately determined in February 2009 based on enrollment by certification area in the first year courses of the LTP. Therefore, this number will vary from year to year.

Applicants for transfer will be notified of their acceptance into the LTP Summer Transfer Program in March 2009. The summer program begins on May 18, 2009. Those who are not accepted to the summer program will be asked to contact a School of Education Undergraduate Advisor to discuss options. Please note: Being accepted into the LTP Summer Transfer Program does not mean you are accepted into the School of Education. Only after successful completion of this program will the School of Education determine if you will be accepted into an Education program for Fall 2009.

EDLD 102 – History and Legal Foundations of Special Education
EDLF 182 – Cohort Experience
EDLF 192 – Field Experience
EDLT 101 – Instructional Technology I
EDLT 102 – Instructional Technology II
